Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sky Concierge.

These Terms and conditions or Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Sky Concierge (“Sky Concierge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, purchasing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use our services.

  1. Services: Sky Concierge provides premium airport and travel-related services, including, but not limited to:

    1. Meet & Assist Services

    2. VIP Airport Concierge

    3. Fast Track Assistance (where available)

    4. Porter Services

    5. Luxury Ground Transportation

    6. Chauffeur Services

    7. Airport Lounge Access (where available)

    8. Other concierge and travel-related services provided directly by Sky Concierge or through authorized partners.

    9. Service availability varies depending on airport regulations, operational conditions, local laws, and partner availability.

  2. Bookings: A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received (unless otherwise agreed in writing) and Sky Concierge has confirmed service availability. Certain services require advance notice and remain subject to operational availability.

  3. Pricing: All prices are quoted in the applicable currency at the time of booking. Applicable taxes, government charges, airport fees, and payment processing fees may be added where required by law. Sky Concierge reserves the right to modify pricing at any time prior to booking confirmation.

  4. PaymentUnless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before services are provided. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

  5. Customer ResponsibilitiesCustomers are responsible for providing complete and accurate booking information, including but not limited to:

    1. Reservation Name

    2. Flight Number

    3. Airline

    4. Travel Date (departure and/or arrival)

    5. Passport(s) Copy (ies)

    6. Any other relevant information

  6. Contact Information: Customers are responsible for promptly notifying Sky Concierge of any itinerary changes, delays, cancellations, or flight modifications. Sky Concierge shall not be responsible for any disruption resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

  7. Flight Changes, Operational Disruptions and No-ShowsSky Concierge provides its services based on the itinerary provided by the customer at the time of booking. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Concierge shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, gate changes, terminal changes, aircraft substitutions, schedule modifications, weather conditions, volcanic activity, air traffic restrictions, airport congestion, airport closures, security restrictions, strikes, public demonstrations, government actions, force majeure events, or operational decisions made by airlines, airports, immigration authorities, customs authorities, security agencies, or any other third party. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, such circumstances do not entitle the customer to a refund, whether full or partial. Customers are responsible for maintaining communication with Sky Concierge before and during the service and for making reasonable efforts to locate and identify their assigned representative at the designated meeting point. If the passenger fails to arrive at the designated meeting point, cannot reasonably be located or contacted using the information provided, fails to identify themselves, leaves the airport before meeting our representative, voluntarily declines the service, abandons the service after it has commenced or is ready to commence, arrives after the scheduled service has concluded, or otherwise prevents the service from being delivered despite Sky Concierge being present and ready to perform the service, the booking shall be deemed a No-Show. No-Show bookings are non-refundable, and the full service fee shall remain payable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sky Concierge may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, offer a partial refund, service credit, or reschedule a service where exceptional circumstances justify such consideration. Any such accommodation shall not constitute a waiver of these Terms nor create any obligation or precedent for future bookings.

  8. Baggage and Personal Belongings: Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, passengers remain solely responsible for their baggage, passports, travel documents, valuables, cash, electronic devices, and other personal belongings at all times. Sky Concierge shall not be responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage to personal property except where required by applicable law.

  9. Airport OperationsSky Concierge performs its services within the operational limitations imposed by airport authorities, airlines, immigration authorities, customs authorities, security agencies, and applicable local regulations. Certain services may be modified, delayed, suspended, or become unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sky Concierge’s reasonable control.

  10. Third-Party Providers: Certain services may be provided by carefully selected local partners. Although Sky Concierge exercises reasonable care in selecting its partners, it does not control the operations of independent third-party providers and shall not be liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or service failures, except where required by law.

  11. Privacy and Confidentiality: Sky Concierge is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of passenger information. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. While we continuously strive to maintain appropriate security standards, no method of electronic transmission or data storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Concierge shall not be liable for unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of personal information resulting from criminal acts, cyberattacks, force majeure events, failures of third-party systems, or isolated unauthorized acts outside Sky Concierge’s reasonable control, provided that Sky Concierge has exercised reasonable care and complied with its applicable legal obligations. Sky Concierge maintains internal operating procedures and requires its employees, contractors, and representatives to comply with confidentiality obligations, applicable laws, airport regulations, and company policies.

  12. Intellectual PropertyAll trademarks, trade names, logos, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, text, software, and other intellectual property are owned by Sky Concierge or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written authorization.

  13. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to the use of its services. Sky Concierge’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any booking or service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

  14. Force Majeure: Sky Concierge shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, volcanic activity, epidemics, pandemics, cyberattacks, power outages, communication failures, labor disputes, airport closures, airline disruptions, government actions, civil unrest, terrorism, or other force majeure events.

  15. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Sky Concierge entity providing the contracted services, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

  16. Changes to These Terms: Sky Concierge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
